Kiana Venter joined Mosdell, Pama & Cox at our Plettenberg Bay offices as an associate in 2024, after being admitted an attorney in the Cape Town High Court in June 2024, and after having successfully completed her articles with us, which she commenced with in early 2022.
She is a general legal practitioner, but her practice mainly consists out of litigation matters.
She holds an LLB degree, which she obtained from Stellenbosch University in 2021.
She moved to Stellenbosch in 2018 from her hometown, Pretoria, where she grew up and lived until she matriculated.
She was the dux learner at high school and at primary school. She was also awarded the Sportswoman of the Year Award at high school.
She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour’s Society.
Kiana also made the law faculty’s dean’s merit list with some of her modules at Stellenbosch University.
She works hard and is detailed-orientated. She always strives to do everything to the best of her abilities and believes that there is always something new one can learn.
Her interests include inter alia reading, horse riding and she loves animals.
