Perino Pama practises mainly at our Plettenberg Bay office but is available by appointment to consult at our Knysna office.  He holds the degrees BA, LLB and LLM (Masters in Public Law) (UCT) and is a notary.

He was admitted as an attorney in 1992 and as a solicitor for England and Wales on 1 February 2010 (non-practising).  He attends to commercial, our civil litigation (Magistrate and High Court) as well as local government, labour, Road Accident Fund, matrimonial and estate planning/trust matters in Plettenberg Bay.  

He served as a Councilor of the Cape Law Society (which regulated three Cape Provinces) from 2003 until 2019 when it was dissolved with the advent of the new Legal Practice Act.  He was Vice President from 2008 to 2019. He was a member of their disciplinary committee from 2006 until 2019.  He served on the Attorneys Fidelity Fund Board from 2012 until 2020. In 2022 he was appointed to the Western Cape Legal Practice Council Disciplinary Committee, Mediation Committee and Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.

He has served as Chairman of the Plettenberg Bay Valuation Board since 2003 and as Chairman of the Knysna Valuation Board since 2008. He has attended three judicial training courses. He was appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Bitou Municipal Planning Tribunal in 2018.   

He is an accredited mediator with FAMAC.
