Marcelle Zachas obtained her LLB degree in 2003 and was subsequently admitted as an Attorney with the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in March 2006. She was furthermore admitted as a Conveyancer in September 2007.

Marcelle served her articles and subsequently worked as an attorney in Bedfordview, Johannesburg until 2009, whereafter she opened her own law practice. She successfully practiced for her own account for many years handling various commercial, litigation, matrimonial and general practice matters between 2009 and 2013, until she relocated to Knysna and Plett to continue with her legal career at our firm as a consultant.

She is then admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer with Western Cape High Court in 2014.

She worked with our firm until 2019, when she then went on to practice for her own account in George until 2025. She has since rejoined us as a consultant in August 2025 and continues to practice with our legal team.
