Cindy Allan is a consultant at the firm’s Plettenberg Bay office. She is a general practitioner, notary and conveyancer. She received the Cape Law Society certificate for the highest results achieved in 2008 Attorneys Admission Examinations.

She is qualified as a CD/ACDS and International CEDR Accredited Commercial Mediator and attends to commercial litigation in the Magistrates Court, High Court or through Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.

Cindy has vast experience dealing with all forms of evictions whether called to assist property occupiers/ tenants or land owners/ managers.
